The moment I stepped into the tranquil ambience of the Somerset Road studio, I was greeted by founder and director Jo and master artist Kity with warmth and professionalism. They exuded genuine passion for their craft, immediately putting me at ease about the upcoming treatment of my ‘virgin’ brows.
The consultation process was thorough, with Jo taking the time to go through the array of brow types they have (Ombre Powder, Microblading, Microshading, Artysan Signature and Nanoblading Brows) and understand my preferences and desired outcome. Her expertise shone through as she provided insights and recommendations tailored to enhance my natural features. By the end of the consultation, I chose to go for the popular Artysan Signature Brows, which promised gracefully fluffy and feathered brows.
As the eyebrow embroidery procedure began, I was struck by the meticulous attention to details exhibited. Every stroke of the microblade was executed with precision and finesse to give fuller-looking, voluminous eyebrows that beautifully framed my face. Despite any initial apprehension, the process was surprisingly comfortable, thanks to the skilled hands and gentle demeanour of Kity.
What truly set this service apart was the commitment to customisation and quality. Each stroke was crafted to mimic the appearance of natural hair, ensuring a realistic and lifelike result. Moreover, only premium pigments from Korea and Europe were used, further enhancing the longevity of the eyebrows. The post-procedure care instructions provided were comprehensive. I was given a take-home kit containing a healing balm and sponge to ensure optimal healing and long-lasting results. The studio’s dedication to client satisfaction was evident at every stage, leaving me thoroughly impressed and eager to return for future services.
